Butterfly Love -- PP230 and PCCCS129

Still had a bit of energy for creating a card after the fun of card class on Saturday. So I scooted over to The Paper Players where the current challenge is the theme of a Valentine to or from a furry friend. I hope they don't mind a butterfly as the pet ... some butterflies are a little fuzzy or furry.  And then I jumped over to Paper Craft Crew where there currently is a sketch challenge. I sure hope both groups agree my card fits their challenges.

Here is my sweet little pet butterfly wishing me a Happy St. Valentine's Day. You can see my friend has a little difficulty staying in one place. It flitted briefly down to a fern then started ascending once more leaving little love notes in its wake. Notice the touch of sponging technique using a butterfly as a template to create the flight. Thanks to Sandy for showing me how.

stamps: butterfly basics, something to say
paper: Best Year Ever dsp, soft sky, whisper white, elegant eggplant
ink: elegant eggplant, perfect plum, soft sky, wild wasabi
