Watercooler Challenge -- Let's Celebrate!

What a fun challenge this is.  I get to choose a card from one of my watercooler friends and make my own card based on their inspirational design. -- Watercooler Challenges: WCC06 -- I found this gorgeous card by Susan Horr. (click on her name for the link)  As always, I added my own flair and before I knew it I came up with this card:

Summer is a great time to celebrate the joy we receive from the warmer weather. I am always very happy to look at the flowers in the many gardens I pass on my walks.  I also like to feel the petals of flowers because they are often very soft. If you look closely, you will see that heat and water vapours are glowing behind and beside the garden flowers and foliage.

The new blendabilities add colour to the pearls nicely and do not rub off. It is hard to see but I stamped the leaves on the shimmery white paper and the designer paper.  The sentiment is a little small for the full size of the word window punch, so I fed one end back in through the top hole to cut off the larger end and still have the curved edge.

stamps: kinda eclectic, flower shop, gorgeous grunge, express yourself (retired)
paper: lost lagoon, shimmery white, whisper white, moonlight designer series paper stack
ink: lost lagoon, crushed curry, pool party, wild wasabi, daffodil and old olive blendabilities
tools and accessories: lost lagoon stitched satin, pearls, word window and pansy punches

You are invited to add your creations to our challenge based on inspiration you receive.

Enjoy this wonderful day!
