Felted Birthday Wishes

This is an interesting technique called "Felted Cardstock".  You use a decorative napkin, plastic wrap, a pad of newsprint and an iron.  It is a little time consuming but not horribly so.  I think I have a faster solution which I will show you at a later date.  Here is the link with the tutorial created by Lydia Fiedler on Splitcoaststampers:  http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/resources/tutorials/feltedcardstock/
