Ready for another challenge? Stefanie presented another interesting sketch challenge over at the
Watercooler Challenges site. Please stop by to see the other interpretations of the sketch. Also, did you know you can upload your card? We would love it if you decided to join in the fun.
Here is what the sketch looks like:
I haven't made a thank you card in awhile, and I am thankful for so much.
"In the end, though, maybe we must all give up trying to pay back the people in this world who sustain our lives. In the end, maybe it’s wiser to surrender before the miraculous scope of human generosity and to just keep saying thank you, forever and sincerely, for as long as we have voices." Elizabeth Gilbert (author of Eat, Pray, Love)
I took the sketch and turned it on it's ear.
stamps: beautiful bunch, something to say
paper: calypso coral, naturals white, gold fancy foil designer vellum, whisper white
ink: so saffron, calypso coral, mossy meadow
accessories/tools: 3/8" mossy meadow satin ribbon, punches: fun flower, extra-large scallop oval, large oval, 7/8" scallop circle
Very cool interpretation of the sketch. Who knew sketches had ears. Do they have mouths and eyes as well? Sorry Miss Bev...I couldn't resist. My computer has been sassing me today so I seem to be anthropomorphizing all kinds of things today. Sassing them back as well. {giggle}
